Ev’s Eclectics is a collection of different drinks, done in different styles by a curious winemaker. Mitch 'Ev' McCurdy graduated from Brock University’s Oenology & Viticulture program in 2018 and hopes to inject panache into the industry with his funky but clean perry (pear cider) and wine.
