An appealing, aromatic white blend produced from grapes in the Black Bank Hill vineyard, hand-picked and estate bottled.   The wines were fermented fully dry and aged separately for eighteen months, partially on neutral French oak, prior to blending and bottling in the spring of 2023.

Lemon curd, nectarine, honeysuckle, orange liqueur, hay, caraway seed.  A subtle oak component adds roundness, depth and the warming influence of baking spices on the palate. 

Ready to be enjoyed.   This wine surprises with its depth and range of flavours.
