A blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc from estate-grown fruit and the exceptional 2020 vintage. 18-months élevage in neutral French oak.

Deep red fruits, haskap berries, black current, dates, tobacco, coffee, dark chocolate.

A delicious, mid-weight wine with a wonderful balance of fruit, structure and freshness/acidity to suit an incredible range of situations from casual drinking and lighter food pairings to barbeque and roasted meats.
