Saigneéd Syrah juice barrel fermented in neutral oak with a pied de cuve. pink with strawberry rhubarb jam, lemon and lime zest, raspberry, minerality and hints of violet. Rich, full, and round on the palate with raspberry, strawberry, and rhubarb flavours leading into a tart finish.
