Kaj Dry Hopped Cherry Spritz

Made using a combination of Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay skins, this bevy was dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial hops. Tart cherry juice was used for bottle-conditioning, and creates a tangy effervescence. Sour beer vibes, without the beer.
